The journey of Trextrybe began with a deep curiosity about tourism and an ambition to build something beyond conventional travel. In 2018, Chokly Mohammed Ajas began exploring the evolving travel industry, understanding how tourism connects people, cultures, experiences, and opportunities. Driven by a vision to create more meaningful and experience-driven journeys, he spent years studying destinations, customer behavior, and the future potential of the tourism space.

In 2019, this vision took its first step through the establishment of an early private limited venture in Coimbatore, initially focused on building a tourism-oriented ecosystem through travel merchandise and destination-based concepts. While the journey showed strong promise and momentum, the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic brought operations to a pause — creating a phase of reflection, learning, and reinvention.

Rather than stepping away from the vision, the years that followed became a period of deeper industry understanding, strategic planning, and long-term restructuring. During this phase, Ajas focused on refining the foundation of a more scalable, experience-focused, and future-ready travel brand.

Before the later expansion of the leadership structure, Trextrybe continued its journey with four co-founders who were part of the company during that phase. Together, the four co-founders officially registered Trextrybe Private Limited on 30th March 2024.

As the vision evolved, Mohammed Safwan, who had been part of Trextrybe from its early stages, gradually emerged as one of the core creative forces behind the company’s identity, presentation, and brand direction. From the earliest phases of the journey, he remained closely connected to the development of the brand, contributing significantly to the creative foundation and overall perception of Trextrybe as it evolved into a modern travel and tourism company.

With a strong understanding of branding, aesthetics, audience engagement, and digital presence, Safwan played an important role in shaping the visual identity and personality of the company during its foundational years. His involvement extended across creative positioning, presentation style, brand communication, and the development of a more youthful, modern, and experience-driven image that aligned with the evolving expectations of contemporary travellers.

As Trextrybe continued to grow, his creative vision and understanding of modern branding helped strengthen the company’s public identity and emotional connection with its audience. From visual storytelling and design direction to refining the overall brand experience, Safwan became an integral part of building the modern image and positioning of Trextrybe within the travel and tourism industry.

With the company entering a stronger phase of expansion, Rafiq Jem became part of Trextrybe’s leadership as CGO & Director, bringing over 27 years of entrepreneurial experience across industries including outdoor advertising, signage, and import-export businesses, along with international business exposure spanning more than 10 countries.

Throughout his professional journey, he developed strong expertise in business growth, relationship management, strategic decision-making, and understanding evolving market dynamics. His exposure to different industries and global environments further strengthened his adaptability and understanding of customer expectations and business development.

As Chief Growth Officer, his role within Trextrybe focuses on identifying growth opportunities, strengthening strategic relationships, and supporting the company’s long-term vision for sustainable expansion. Guided by values centered around trust, consistency, and continuous improvement, his experience and business perspective contribute to strengthening Trextrybe’s growth direction and future expansion within the travel and tourism industry.

By mid-2025, Trextrybe Private Limited underwent a major restructuring focused on enhancing scalability, strengthening operational quality, and building a more seamless and future-ready travel ecosystem. This transformation marked a new phase of growth for the company, with expanded leadership, refined brand direction, and a stronger organizational foundation.

Today, Trextrybe operates across major destinations in India and the GCC, supported by a growing leadership team and a dedicated network of professionals committed to delivering meaningful travel experiences, operational excellence, and long-term value within the tourism industry.

Together, Directors Chokly Mohammed Ajas, Rafiq Jem, and Mohammed Safwan lead Trextrybe with a shared vision built around innovation, creativity, strategic growth, and experience-driven tourism.
